By taking part in the KCON Nurtur prize draw, you acknowledge and agree to the below.

Nurtur is the organiser of the prize draw and the data controller responsible for your personal data.

The prize draw is organised by Nurtur Ltd.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Nurtur and their immediate families.
Entry is available via either:
Submission of a business card at the Nurtur stand during KCON 2026, OR completion of the Marketing Playbook download form via QR code at the Nurtur stand
Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.
Entries must be submitted during KCON event opening hours. Entries received after the event closes will not be included.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The prize is a luxury hamper as displayed/promoted at the stand. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided within five working days of the event. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Nurtur reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that Nurtur may contact them regarding the administration of the prize draw.
Marketing communications are optional and are not a condition of entry.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Nurtur’s Privacy Policy.
Nurtur reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary.
Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
