About Nurtur

Nurtur is an all-in-one marketing ecosystem for estate agents, connecting every stage of the customer journey and unifying lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into a single platform.

Our platform empowers agents to deliver meaningful, automated cross-channel communication that builds lasting customer relationships, improves engagement, and converts more opportunities into revenue.

The Opportunity

At Nurtur, we are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, and this role plays an important part in turning our clients’ goals into successfully delivered websites and marketing projects.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in both website and marketing delivery. Someone who can bring structure to projects, build trusted client relationships, and keep designers, developers, and marketing teams working towards clear objectives and achievable plans.

You will take ownership of website builds, enhancements, and marketing projects from initial handover and scoping through to delivery, approval, and completion. This could include coordinating website launches, creative and content production, email campaigns, SEO activity, and wider digital marketing services.

You will understand how these activities connect, ensuring the right people, information, and approvals are in place to deliver a coordinated customer experience.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where organisation, communication, and follow-through are essential. You will be comfortable managing several projects at different stages, asking the right questions, managing expectations, and addressing risks before they become bigger problems.

Experience working with estate agents or within the property sector would be particularly valuable, helping you understand our clients’ priorities and how websites and marketing support their businesses.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning the day-to-day delivery of website and marketing projects, from initial handover through to completion
  • Leading project kick-off meetings to understand client objectives and confirm requirements, scope, responsibilities, and agreed outcomes
  • Translating agreed briefs into clear project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Acting as the main project contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout delivery
  • Coordinating designers, developers, content contributors, and marketing specialists across connected workstreams
  • Managing website projects through design, development, content population, testing, approval, and launch
  • Coordinating marketing delivery across agreed services, such as email, SEO, paid media, social media, and creative production
  • Ensuring briefs and requirements are clear, documented, and understood before work begins
  • Tracking progress against agreed scope, timelines, and budgets, raising concerns early
  • Managing changes to requirements and ensuring their impact on cost, resources, and delivery dates is understood and approved
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, agreeing actions, and following them through to resolution
  • Coordinating client content, assets, feedback, and approvals to keep projects moving
  • Organising website testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring issues are recorded, prioritised, and resolved before launch
  • Ensuring marketing deliverables pass the appropriate quality checks and receive approval before publication or activation
  • Coordinating website launches and campaign timings so related activity is aligned
  • Maintaining accurate project records and clear visibility of progress, decisions, and outstanding actions
  • Ensuring completed projects have a clear handover into ongoing service or support
  • Helping improve project processes, communication, and the overall delivery experience

What Good Looks Like In This Role

  • Clients understand what is being delivered, how it supports their objectives, and what is expected of them
  • Website and marketing projects have clear scope, realistic plans, and agreed responsibilities
  • Delivery teams have the briefs, information, and approvals they need to complete their work
  • Connected website and marketing activity is coordinated, with dependencies managed effectively
  • Risks and delays are identified early, with clear actions and timely communication
  • Changes are managed properly, with clear agreement on any impact
  • Websites and marketing activity go live with the appropriate checks and approvals completed
  • Clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout delivery

You will be organised, approachable, and confident communicating with clients, technical colleagues, and marketing specialists. You will know how to keep momentum, handle competing priorities, and have constructive conversations when a project needs a decision or a change of approach.

You do not need to be a developer or a specialist in every marketing channel, but you must understand the delivery process well enough to ask informed questions, coordinate the right people, and manage projects confidently.

  • A practical understanding of marketing channels and the planning, production, and approval processes needed to deliver activity successfully
  • Experience coordinating designers, developers, content teams, and marketing specialists
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and changes
  • Confidence tracking delivery against agreed budgets and raising potential overruns
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and accurate records
  • Confidence using project management tools to maintain plans, track actions, and report progress
  • A proactive, practical approach to resolving problems and keeping projects moving
